My wife, and I were looking for a new home as our lease was ending in two months. My wife was also 7 months pregnant at the time. Due to such a short timeframe, and not wishing to blow our nest egg, we were only considering renting. However, Victoria explained that it was possible for us to buy a home spending less money out of pocket than we would if we were renting. Sounds too good to be true? I thought the same thing at first, but it didn't take me long to realize that Mrs. O'Toole is a woman of her word.

She got us into our dream home spending less than half of what we would have to get our foot in the door of a rental property that would've been a fraction of the quality.

Everything that she said she would be able to get done for us happened, and more.

She is truly on your side as the consumer. My down payment was completely covered by a government grant that I don't even have to pay back!

Throughout the entire process, she wanted to make sure that my wife and I were comfortable with everything. She was always readily available. As this was our first time buying a house, we were completely uneducated to the process, and she explained everything step-by-step multiple times just to make sure that we were comfortable. I, in no way made it easy on her, yet she handled everything with integrity, professionalism, and a caring hand. My wife and I were extremely picky about most everything, and Victoria refused to settle for anything less than perfect for us.

It was a pleasure working with Victoria from start to finish. My fiance and I went into things not really knowing what to expect because we assumed purchasing a home would be an endeavor out of our financial comfort, but Victoria was confident after our initial consultation that she could find us a perfect first home without breaking the bank. It was reassuring to see that Victoria continuously had our best interest in mind. I had a tendency of paying too much attention to the aesthetical properties when sending Victoria listings that I wanted to make an appointment to see; consequently, I overlooked the fact that these visually appealing homes had roofs nearing the end of their life span, original air conditioners, and other details that were more important than fancy countertops and stainless steel appliances. Victoria was able to reel me in and open my eyes up to the bigger picture. At every home we prospected during a showing, she provided us with a printout listing pertinent information serving as a general overview of the house which was extremely helpful. This voyage of home buying was a completely new experience to my fiancé and I, and it was greatly appreciated that Victoria was patient and took the time to explain the process of how things work and explain things in such detail. From start to finish Victoria was in our corner working for us tenaciously, but your relationship with her doesn't end after the point of sale; Victoria is more than willing to answer any questions and lend her help in whatever way she can. I took special notice of her organization skills through out our time working with her and I have to say that their second to none. On our closing date, Victoria provided us with our first home binder which had every important document in chronological order and a contact list of everyone who was apart of our home buying journey. Not to mention, the calendar of deadline dates she provided us with, and followed up to make sure things were completed on time to assure a smooth transaction. Victoria makes it no secret that she takes great pride in her work; you can tell when work is just work for someone and when it's truly their passion, and Victoria is undoubtedly passionate and devoted to what she does. We thank you for all of your dedication to us Victoria and making it possible for us to start the next chapter of our lives in a home that is more than we could have ever asked for.
