Just between 2005-2010 Lana and her team tripled international graduate student admission at the University of Tartu (Estonia), today one of world’s top 400 universities. She was also instrumental in spearheading a national cooperation initiative for international student recruitment. Since 2010 Lana has helped a Fort Myers based non-profit organization working globally go through re-branding, bring its communications to a totally new level and increase organization’s membership.

1.     Listening session: It is a two-way interview. Your real goals and objectives must be understood by your realtor. You also need to be able understand the process of buying or selling, as well as evaluate if you and your realtor can work well together.

2.     Having a reliable plan: You realtor needs to take the lead and make a reliable plan that addresses various aspects of buying or selling to achieve your objectives.

3.      Guarding transaction: Receiving or making an offer is a pivotal point. A good professional realtor will not only negotiate well but will also guard (or "shepherd") the transaction through multiple deadlines and steps to get everyone to the closing table stress free.

Russian born, Lana Vogel graduated magna cum laude from Yaroslavl Pedagogical University (Yaroslavl, Russia) with a Master’s degree in Linguistics. She also has an Associate’s degree in Business from Champlain College (Burlington, VT).  Lana is a member of Royal Palm Coast Realtor Association, Florida Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
