Carolyn Thiele is simply an outstanding realtor and I would highly recommend her to anyone. Carolyn does a great job of understanding what you are looking for. During our visit to Southwest Florida, she had organized visits to several communities to see homes that fit our criteria. She had information about each community and did a great job of discussing the attributes of each community. Carolyn was focused on finding us a great home and not just selling us a house. During every single visit, she would point out features of homes, good and bad, and would openly discuss or point out items that we needed to consider. In other words, her actions demonstrated genuine care. Carolyn also has a keen understanding of the entire process of acquiring a home – finding a home, arranging visits, making the offer, having the home inspected, the mortgage process and providing a very accurate estimate of the overall costs to get into a home. That knowledge made our experience a lot less stressful because we knew what to expect. There were no surprises in the process. Carolyn also did a great job during the negotiations. She understands the market and provides the detail needed to help you make an offer. Carolyn possess all of the attributes that you want in a real estate agent – she’s well prepared and organized which results in her not wasting your time. She’s an extraordinary listener who takes the time to understand what you really want. She makes herself available when needed, and her follow up is superb. Carolyn just does a lot of little things that count and makes the experience fun and exciting. She just goes the extra mile and that counts. There are a ton of agents out there. Most are just interested in moving homes. Carolyn will make a difference in helping you find a home that fits all of your needs. Our experience was great because she personally made sure that all of our needs were met. She’s simply the best.
