Although originally from Cape May NJ, I have resided in Lee County for the last 45 years. I-75 did not even exist yet. Premium Gulf access lots were selling for under $20,000.00. Cape Coral had only a few residents. I have watched this County grow and develop into the tropical paradise that it is today.
After working in the Corporate world and owning my own technology firm, I took the leap and got my Real Estate license. After learning the business, I got my Real Estate Brokers license and opened my own firm in Bonita Springs. Selling it at just the right time, I took a few years off before joining a National Brand where I received numerous awards for sales and customer service. During the crash I earned my CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) where I helped so many underwater home owners get out from under the debt without destroying their future.
I specialize in residential real estate and provide my clients with an armor full of tools to help sell their homes and for the buyers, I give them the proper knowledge and education to make the most informed decision in purchasing what is one of their biggest assets.
